Requirements

  • 8+ years sales experience in fish industry, agribusiness, or FMCG.
  • Proven experience managing and leading sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales and growth targets.
  • Experience in growing sales in new markets.
  • Agile and adaptable to changing business needs.


Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance across assigned territories and channels.
  • Execute commercial strategies with speed, discipline, and accountability.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, pricing, and customer behavior.
  • Lead, coach, and manage sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive aligned commercial execution.
  • Use data to forecast demand, track performance, and identify gaps.
  • Translate data into clear insights and performance stories for management.
  • Identify commercial and operational challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
  • Travel frequently to support expansion, execution, and team performance.
