Compensation:
Basic Salary: KES 50,000
Commission: Attractive commission on closed deals
Accelerator: Higher commission rates on exceeded targets
A leading Recruitment & Corporate Training Services
company in East Africa is seeking highly motivated Sales / Business Development
Consultants to drive new client acquisition for our services. This role
combines lead generation, consultative B2B sales, and relationship building
with business owners and senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate is
energetic, resilient, reliable and passionate about growing business
opportunities in the professional services sector.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
§ Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, and events
§ Identify and prospect organizations that require recruitment and training services
§ Conduct discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their hiring or leadership development needs
§ Present the company’s recruitment and training solutions to decision-makers
§ Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
§ Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
§ Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and update CRM systems regularly
§ Build long-term client relationships with various professionals and business leaders
§ Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Minimum Requirements
§ Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
§ Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in the service industry (mandatory)
§ Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
§ Strong communication skills in English and Swahili
§ Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
§ Strong self-discipline and ability to work independently
Preferred
§ Experience selling HR, recruitment, consulting, or training services
