📍 Location
Kenya: Nairobi (On-site)
🕒 Schedule
Monday to Friday
9 a.m. – 6 p.m. CST (Colombia Time)
Weekend availability may be required depending on client needs (with compensatory time off).
Schedule may adjust after training.
🎓 Training
Kenya: On-site (One-month training)💰 Compensation
40,000 KES/month
🎯 Responsibilities
- Perform active prospecting through cold calls, email outreach, and commercial activities.
- Identify and qualify leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Schedule meetings with qualified leads for the Account Executive (AE) team.
- Keep CRM and sales tools updated (Lusha, Apollo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Execute cadences and outreach sequences.
- Review and analyze KPIs (open rates, conversion metrics, etc.).
- Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions, and continuous improvement processes.

- Previous sales experience (retail, services, commercial environments, etc.)
- Kenya: Preferably 1+ year of call center sales experience
- English level C1 with excellent verbal fluency (mandatory)
