Certifications: PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner, PMP® (Project Management Professional) or equivalent

• Experience in the full SDLC leading software teams
  
• Experience delivering technology solutions in a bank or telco offering financial services.
  
• Hands-on exposure to regulated financial-services environments, including risk, compliance, and audit.
  
• Proven leadership of Agile or hybrid delivery teams within financial-services organisations.
  
• Direct experience with core financial platforms or payments systems.
  
• Vendor and systems-integrator management experience in financial-services delivery.
  
• Deep expertise in Jira and Confluence- planning and coordination using the organisation's enterprise tools is essential.
