Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, major in engineering (bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent; Preferably specialized in Biotechnology, Biomedical equipment or equivalent;
- More than 3 years of customer service-related experience in medical industry, IVD LAB product (Chemistry/Immunoassay/Hematology and so on) and Quality Control experience are preferred;
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, able to motivate internal employees and outside partners;
- Good communication skills and strong customer service awareness and teamwork spirit;
- Accept frequently international business trip.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support (IVD Lab equipment) to local distributors;
- Service management and improvement (training ,spare parts, trouble shoot) to local distributors;
- Execute headquarters’ service requirement and establish suitable service strategy for the local market;
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction and improvement, dynamic competition investigation;
- Organize added-value service to local market, improving Mindray service reputation;
- Achieve targets on service sales revenue and contract signing.
