- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Analytical and pragmatic problem‑solving skills with strong decision‑making capability.
- Highly organized, with strong multitasking and time‑management skills.
- Proven experience in maximizing sales performance and managing customer transactions efficiently.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage team resources to match customer flow and ensure service availability.
- Demonstrated ability to train, develop, and upskill teams to meet current and future business needs.
- Solid understanding of health and safety standards with the ability to ensure a safe working and shopping environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage customers, understand their preferences, and support retention strategies.
- In‑depth knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, shrinkage control, waste reduction, and promotion execution.
- Ability to analyze store performance data, understand key business metrics, and make commercially driven decisions.
- Experience in managing omnichannel retail operations, including order fulfillment, on‑time delivery, and alignment of online and offline customer experience.
