Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Procurement from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum KCSE Mean Grade: C- (minus).
  • At least 2 years relevant experience.
  • Computer literate (knowledge of inventory systems is an added advantage).
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect and record incoming goods and materials.
  • Issue tools, equipment and supplies to authorized staff and departments.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems regularly.
  • Ensure proper storage, arrangement and safety of items in the store.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Assist in stock taking and preparation of inventory reports.
