Structural Engineer Intern

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Final-year student or recent graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  
• Basic understanding of structural design principles and engineering standards (BS, Eurocode, etc.).
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; exposure to Revit, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or SAP2000 is an added advantage.
  
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  
• Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  

Key Competencies

• Assist in preparing structural design drawings and layouts using AutoCAD/Revit/STAAD.Pro.
  
• Support load analysis and design calculations under supervision.
  
• Participate in project scheduling, documentation, and coordination with suppliers and site teams.
  
• Join site visits to collect field data, observe construction progress, and report findings. Conduct research on new materials, structural technologies, and sustainability solutions.
  
• Maintain organized engineering documentation and support regulatory compliance processes.
  
• Learn directly from senior engineers through mentorship and practical project exposure.
