The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, planning, managing, and tracking the progress of our
projects.
The incumbent must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to
coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal
candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.
The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without
exceeding budget.
Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with
attention to budgetary limitationsPlan all project operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
Supervise the work of the implementation team. and give them guidance when needed
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
Requirements
Responsible to supervise project schedules, implement project plans as per approved
budget, deadline and project specificationsManage the fabrication and erection department
Head production planning meetings
Coordinate resources in fabrication and erection departments
Provide planning and guidance to fabrication and erection departments
Liaise between fabrication and erection departments
Must have good understanding of fabrication drawings
Must have good knowledge of erection and steelwork
Guide and monitor fabrication department on daily basis
