Technical Sales Representative

Requirements

• 5 years in either a) Sales and Distribution and b) in Technical Assistance in poultry sector
  

• Skills required: Good communication(oral and written), problem solving, interpersonal and planning skills
  

• Computer literate (Excel)
  

• Technical knowledge in poultry keeping
  

• Proficient at driving both motorcycles and motor cars.
  

• Driving license for motorcycles
  

• BS in Animal Health.
  

Key Attributes

• Must have a Diploma or Degree in Animal Health and Production
  

• Sales experience of poultry feed
  

• Can ride in Nyeri and its environment
  

• Responsible for the sales of Day-Old Chicks and Feed as per set targets in the assigned region.
  

• Responsible for developing, maintaining & building strong customer relationships in the designated sales area.
  

• Responsible for the operation and safety of the allocated motorbike.
  

• Responsible for motivating & enforcing team compliance with all relevant Company SOPs & policies, statutory regulations and expected Company behaviour at all time.
