Description
The Infrastructure Technician Intern supports fieldinstallations, equipment recovery, and customer support activities, focusing onSME/Enterprise clients. The role involves ensuring quality installations,maintaining customer satisfaction, and assisting the technical and sales teamsto meet service and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Telecommunication, Electrical, IT, or related field.
- At least 6 months of ISP field installation experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Customer-focused with solid technical and organizational abilities.
