Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end feed mill operations from raw material intake to finished product dispatch.
  
• Drive production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost optimisation.
  
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP+, KEBS, and other regulatory standards.
  
• Manage production planning, maintenance, inventory, and operational budgets.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 10+ years’ experience in feed mill operations, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  
• Strong expertise in feed manufacturing, plant operations, quality systems, and operational excellence.
  
• Experience with large-scale feed production and integrated poultry operations is an advantage.
