TECHNOLOGIST III (GRADE 6) in Agriculture.

a) Must possess a Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Agricultural Technology,
Farm Management or related field.
b) Three (3) years’ work experience as a Trainee Technologist or comparable position.
c) Must be computer literate.
d) Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
e) Exemplary work performance.

OR
a) Certificate in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Agricultural Technology, Farm
Management or related field.
b) Must possess KCSE academic certificate or its equivalent.
c) Five (5) years’ work experience as Trainee Technologist or comparable position.
d) Demonstrable Technical expertise in Crop Production, Horticulture, Green House
Management, Irrigation Systems, Nursery Management, Pest and Pest Control,
Management, Dryland Farming, Climate – Smart Agriculture and Agribusiness with ability
to support commercial agricultural production, students’ practical training, research trials,
and community outreach programmes will be highly desirable.e) Must be computer literate.

g) Exemplary work performance
