For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: -
i. Bachelors degree in Veterinary Medicine from a recognized institution;
ii. Be registered by the Kenya Veterinary Board (KVB) and a member of aprofessional association;iii. Proficiency in computer applications; andiv. Fulfilled the provisions of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.Responsibilities
