WE4D ACCELERATOR PROGRAM Day 4 | Comprehensive Assessment |
|
The WE4D Accelerator Program is a 5-day training initiative designed to empower women and youth to enter the green workforce by combining self-awareness with practical professional skills. The program uses an asynchronous, self-paced learning model on an LMS platform to help participants define their professional identity, build a digital presence, and master communication strategies tailored to sectors such as renewable energy and sustainable agriculture. By integrating pre- and post-training assessments, the curriculum focuses on fostering a growth mindset and providing concrete tools, such as the "Pitch with Purpose" guide and LinkedIn optimization, to ensure learners can confidently navigate and claim their place in the global green economy.
