Ensures the safety and efficiency of poultry farm operations.
Drawing out Vaccination Programs for Birds and disease prevention measures
Keeping stock of feeds,preparing attendance, and coordinating activities of farm attendants by ensuring discipline
Ensuring strict compliance with Biosecurity on the farm
Record keeping of feeds, the Mortality rate of birds, and the number of eggs produced on a daily basis and sending the report on a daily basis to the Management through the Liason officer
Observing the birds, and ensuring timely reports of any case of diseases or infections
Ensuring that standard best practices and strict hygienic activities are adhered to on the farm including Monitoring and maintaining proper temperature, Ventilation, and lighting condition
Directing and supervising the attendants on what quantity of feed to serve, cleaning of the pen houses, and general well-being of both the staff, birds, and equipment.
And handle any other duties assigned by the management.
