  • Comprehensive knowledge of Nigeria Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with an ownership mentality.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and reporting.

Strategic HR Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand the company’s goals and challenges, and provide strategic HR support.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues promptly and effectively.

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.

Performance Management:

  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management issues.
