- A minimum of 2-5 years of production supervisor experience in a manufacturing organization
- Knowledge of production supervisor in manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

- A minimum of 2-5 years of production supervisor experience in a manufacturing organization

- Supporting the Production Manager and covering for them ad hoc
- Training and mentoring new production team members
- Supervising and overseeing the production team, including assigning and delegating tasks as appropriate
- Ensuring that production processes are in line with company
- Adapting project workflow confidently and decisively when necessary
- Communicating expectations to production team members
- Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow
- Compiling reports about production and providing management with updates
- Managing the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment
- Ensuring all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly
