Educational Qualification and Work Experience
- Shall hold the minimum of Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma in Agricultural related courses
- Any relevant profession certificate.
- 10 Years working experience in any agricultural related companies.

Responsibilities
- Implementation of SOPs (Irrigation cycle required, dyken, fertilizer & other input needed for maximum output.
- Timely operation - Identify, define, & Gather data for all operation.
- The Farm Manager must be confidence to achieve target by following all steps to ensure achieve cane yield.
- Farm Manager must have the willingness and ability to accept responsibility and a reasonable degree of risk.
- To effect proper budgeting control and materials.
- Ensure all SOP are followed.
- Ensure all safety measures are in place.
- Report to the Agric. Manager on the day-to-day operations in his farm.
