Description
- B.Sc. / B.Tech / HND in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 – 12 years of experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of **maintenance planning and execution
- Experience in **shutdown management and equipment troubleshooting
- Good understanding of **root cause analysis techniques
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Independently handle mechanical breakdowns and ensure prompt resolution
- Plan and execute *preventive and corrective maintenance* activities
- Conduct *root cause analysis (Why-Why Analysis)* to eliminate recurring issues
- Plan, coordinate, and execute **plant shutdown and turnaround activities**
- Manage and optimize **spare parts inventory** to ensure availability and cost efficiency
- Ensure equipment reliability and maximum uptime across production lines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and reports
