  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or any related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the upstream oil & gas industry, with a focus on business performance analysis, strategic planning, or operations management.
  • Proficient in data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and data visualization tools to extract insights and drive informed decision[1]making.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, cost analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices pertaining to upstream oil & gas operations.
  • Understanding of risk management principles, risk assessment techniques, and the ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies

  • Assist in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support informed decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Identify and assess risks to business performance, develop mitigation plans, and monitor risk factors to ensure operational resilience.
