Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments, external partners, and clients regarding logistics-related inquiries, requests, and issues.
Coordinate with logistics vendors and carriers to arrange transportation, shipping, and delivery of goods according to client requirements.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipments, including bills of lading, shipping invoices and others
Monitor and track the status of shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any delays or discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with warehouse and inventory management teams to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient fulfillment of orders.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the logistics operations, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Investigate and resolve logistics-related issues, such as delivery failures, damaged goods to minimize disruptions to operations and mitigate risks.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management to ensure adherence to standards and mitigate risks.
