Description
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 O-Level credits, including Mathematics and English/ NABTEB, or Trade Test Grade.
- NABTEB / City & Guilds (C&G) in a related discipline.
- Minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, welding, fabrication, or industrial equipment repairs.
Responsibilities
- Carry out repairs and maintenance of air-conditioning system, lifts and industrial electronics gadgets to ensure all the electronics devices used in weighing are operating in good working condition.
- Carry out daily checks on the air condition system in the switch rooms, to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.
- Participates in the design and modification of specialized electronic equipment for research purposes; provides technical advice on the selection of components
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency power-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, company policies, quality requirements, and food safety standards.
