The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the electrical and instrumentation functions across various projects and locations.
The Senior General Manager, Electrical & Instrumentation will be responsible for ensuring the effective, efficient, and safe operation and maintenance of all electrical and instrumentation equipment, systems, and processes. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional technical knowledge, and the ability to drive successful outcomes through effective teamwork and collaboration.

Duties

Develop and execute the electrical and instrumentation strategy, policies, and procedures
Oversee the planning, installation, maintenance, and repairs of electrical and instrumentation systems and equipment
Ensure compliance with electrical and instrumentation standards, codes, and regulations
Monitor and manage project timelines and budgets for electrical and instrumentation activities
Provide technical assistance and guidance to project teams and ensure effective coordination with other departments
Lead a team of electrical and instrumentation technicians and professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce downtime, and enhance equipment reliability
