Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or a related field, with a focus on wood, furniture, and interior design.
- Proven experience in leading design teams and managing projects.
- Excellent design skills, with a strong portfolio that showcases expertise in wood, furniture, and interior design.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in design software, including Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Responsibilities
- Lead the design team in developing innovative and sustainable design solutions that incorporate wood, furniture, and interior design elements.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and other documentation to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior design team members.
