  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development, including 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience managing a team of learning professionals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into learning outcomes.
Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative training programs, both classroom and online
  • Manage a team of learning professionals, including trainers, instructional designers, and learning technologists
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure learning effectiveness and impact
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning solutions
  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning experiences
  • Develop and manage the Learning Academy budget
