Requirements
Interested candidates must have:
  • University Degree or Higher National Diploma in Medicine, Social Science, Public Health or other related fields.
  • Advanced Degree MPH preferred, MBBS, Nursing / Midwife, Public Health Nurse
  • Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 9 years post NYSC experience
  • In-depth knowledge of AYP/PMTCT/Pediatrics issues related to HIV/AIDS, including prevention, treatment, and care.
  • 5-9 years related experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring HIV/AIDS programs, with a focus on adolescents and young people
  • Strong understanding of gender-responsive and rights-based approaches in adolescent health programming.
  • Project management or program development experience.
  • Specific technical expertise relevant to international public health
  • Capacity to work in difficult conditions and function well under pressure
  • Extensive international experience and experience in a developing country required
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Capacity to work in difficult conditions and function well under pressure
  • Possess relevant industry experience in the non-governmental organization health programming sector.
