Qualifications
- RN / RM with NMCN registration and substantial senior nursing-management experience
- Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care within the Nursing & Midwifery service
- Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and case conferences
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to teaching programmes
- Uphold clinical governance, documentation, and patient safety standards
- Support quality improvement and audit initiatives
