  • The Dangote Cement Plc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual for the position of Deputy Regional Director, Sales and Distribution.
  • As the Deputy Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales and distribution activities in a designated region.
  • You will work closely with the Regional Director to develop and implement sales strategies, manage key customer accounts, and drive revenue growth in the region.

Key Duties

  • Assist the Regional Director in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and oversee the sales team in the region, providing guidance and support to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market penetration and increase sales.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Regional Director.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to ensure effective coordination and execution of sales and distribution activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
