We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Communication Associate to supervise and grow the ETC communication team, lead strategies and implement them.

What You'll Do

Marketing / Program Communication
Co-design, supervise and implement a multi-channel marketing and communications strategy based on a deep understanding of the drivers for our audience (Talents, Companies, Investors) and yield high rates of engagement that result in increased applications to our programmes and placement to companies/projects and increased interest from development financial organisation.
Lead in the implementation of SEO strategies.
Develop measurable national and multi-country digital and email marketing campaigns, collating the information and data required for campaigns and continually identifying opportunities to trial improvements.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns, make recommendations for future campaigns and rapidly roll out improvements and optimisations to maximise results at pace.
Identify and assess opportunities for new marketing and communications tools and channels using a test-and-learn approach.

Generate a bi-weekly performance tracking report for each team member reporting to you.
