University degree or Higher National Diploma in Statistic, Demography, Mathematics, Economics, Public Health, and other related field of study 
Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme  
Must have a minimum of 2 years and maximum of 4 years post NYSC experience 
Possession of an advanced degree will give an added advantage

Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills
