MBA from a top-tier university
5+ years of relevant private sector work experience post MBA, with demonstrated progressive promotion and/or achievement (consulting, business development and/or strategic development is a plus)
Financial services experience, especially in one or more functional areas in retail banking
Demonstrated leadership and/or relationship-building skills
Possession of outstanding oral and written communication skills
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

Practical experience in one or more of the following:

Create and / or manage financial modeling and superior quantitative analyses
Demonstrate proficiency in all MS Office applications, with particular emphasis on intermediate to advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint presentation development
Manage day-to-day project schedule, deliverables and issues to ensure that team meets critical deadlines.
Ability to check quality of team work before review by Managing Partners.
Collaborate with senior executives, working with them to develop effective strategies.
Recommend practical, strategic recommendations to client management.
Exhibit a collaborative and team-oriented spirit
Excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and challenging work environment
Provide ongoing coaching and advisory support to associates and analysts, as necessary.
