5 O-Level credits, including Mathematics and English/ NABTEB, or Trade Test Grade I to III in Technical, Welding, Fabrication, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of two years cognate experience in mechanical maintenance, welding, fabrication, or industrial equipment repairs.

Repair and service machines in the mills and head house to ensure continuous plant operations.
Fabricate machine parts and components required for maintenance and repair activities.
Clean and maintain machines to support hygiene, quality, and food safety requirements.
Carry out the erection, installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of machines and equipment.
Develop and execute maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Conduct diagnostic tests on malfunctioning equipment to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Replace damaged, worn, or defective structural and mechanical components as required.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities in line with maintenance plans and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
Report all Quality and Food Safety concerns to the Food Safety Team
