Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 7–10 years telecom OSP experience; 3–5 years in management.
- Strong knowledge of fiber deployment, splicing, and testing.
- Experience with FTTH/FTTx projects.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee construction of OSP infrastructure (fiber, ducts, poles, cabinets).
- Manage FTTH/FTTx, backbone, access, and metro network rollout projects.
- Coordinate surveys, route planning, and right-of-way acquisition.
- Manage contractors, vendors, budgets, timelines, and BOQs.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of OSP assets.
- Lead fault resolution and emergency restorations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and telecom regulations.
- Maintain accurate as-built drawings and GIS documentation.
- Prepare performance, KPI, and project reports.
- Field-based role with frequent site visits.
- On-call support for network emergencies.
- Travel within assigned region.
