Description
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a retail store or warehouse.
- OND, HND, or equivalent qualification in Business, Agriculture, or related discipline.
- Experience in inventory management and retail operations.
- Basic computer literacy and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of agrochemicals, fertilizers, or agricultural products is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for the outlet, with at least 90–95% target achievement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring 100% daily stock reconciliation.
- Control stock losses, keeping shrinkage below 1% per month.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products, achieving 100% compliance with safety and agrochemical storage standards.
- Improve customer service delivery, maintaining 90%+ customer satisfaction based on feedback and repeat purchases.
- Ensure product availability, maintaining a minimum 98% availability of core products.
- Submit daily sales and stock reports with 100% accuracy and on-time submission.
- Support promotional activities, ensuring full implementation of all approved in-store promotions.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and organization, achieving 100% compliance during internal audits.
- Support basic product advisory services, with correct usage guidance provided in at least 95% of customer interactions.
