- Will act as an assistant to the assigned executives and attend to their work-related needs to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate and manage the complex schedules of senior executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to senior management, screening calls, managing emails, and drafting correspondence as needed.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events for senior management, including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and arranging catering.
- Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy files, records, and documents and always ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for senior executives, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and visas when necessary.
- Process expense reports and reconcile credit card statements for senior management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with various projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management, providing administrative support and coordination as needed.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure seamless communication and coordination.
