Duties
- Selling annual maintenance contract services (AMCs) rental services, etc for all our product lines.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through aftersales service.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback trends to identify and resolve frequent problems.
- Negotiate contracts with service and product suppliers to ensure a good level of customer service.
