- Guide and support all end-user bakeries in implementing baking best practices by identifying challenges and offering viable solutions.
- Regularly visit all bakeries within designated areas according to established standards.
- Cultivate, oversee, and foster positive relationships with commercial end users to foster customer loyalty within the assigned territory.
- Submit field reports periodically to provide updates on activities and findings.
- Address customer complaints following approved company protocols.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency and adherence to company standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections of the bakery premises and equipment to identify and address potential hazards.
