Description
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in brand activation, merchandising, sales support, within the FMCG space

  • Experience working with consumer brands, beverages, or retail environments is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Can work independently and as part of a team


Responsibilities
  • Execute the company marketing campaigns, promotions, and consumer activation programs.
  • Drive product trial and sampling activities to increase consumer awareness and purchase intent.
  • Provide timely feedback on consumer trends and customer preferences.
  • Maintain high-quality merchandising and visibility in all assigned outlets.
  • Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and outlet staff.
