- As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the general planning, development, and implementation of effective marketing of the organization’s services using all the available marketing communications and strategies.
- You will be managing existing pipelines of commercial opportunities while researching and validating new opportunities continuously.
- S/he will oversee the achievement of quarterly revenue goals. Additionally, S/he will develop and convert referrals fromphysician practices such that patient volume goals are accomplished perquarter.
- S/he will drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with physicians, medical personnel, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business prospects and other medical-specific initiatives to enhance the growth of the entity
- Maintain the competitive position of the Healthcare business and strike a balance with equitable distribution of resources.
- Cultivate, nurture, and maintain relationships and referrals with physicians/consultants and Healthcare agenciesto source for new or additional business, ensuring that internal and external obstacles to business growth and retention are identified and minimized.
- Manage the business for profitable growth and implement recognized business planning methodologies, annual budgets, and performance reporting based on key performance indicators to ensure a profitable ROI.
- Actively promote the Healthcare portfolio whilst generatingnew sales opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent post-sales service and backup
- Prepare and present activity reports to the Managing Director
- Leverage market opportunities, creative value proposition, and adapt innovative market entry
- Manage, monitor, and implement strategic marketing and communications planning for the Healthcare subsidiary.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
