- Oversee daily operations of the business
- Coordinate and oversee all technical activities ranging from design to installation and maintenance of outdoor advertisement projects.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure the company’s survival and growth.

- Design and oversee business development activities of the business
- Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
