- Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous service to all customers.
- Accurately handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Operate cash registers and other equipment efficiently, scanning items, handling discounts, and processing transactions promptly.
- Stay informed about products and services to answer customer questions accurately.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently, following company guidelines.
- Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
- Provide support to other store functions as needed, such as stocking shelves, assisting with inventory, or helping with customer inquiries.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
