- B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline
- 3-5 years experience as a color matcher
- Previous colour matching in manufacturing industry experience is desirable.
- Previous experience with tinting machines is preferable.
- Strong understanding of color theory, color perception, and color management principles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills and Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Perform color matching and formulation of various water based & Solvent based coating systems to required customer specifications.
- Analyze color samples and match them to established color standards.
- Maintain accurate records of color formulas and adjustments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve color matching issues as they arise.
- Train and mentor junior color matching technicians.
- Utilize color measurement instruments and software to ensure accurate color matching.
- Keeping track of inventory & update superiors for new order.
