Job Summary
- As our Lawyer and company secretary You'll partner with clients ranging from promising startups to market leaders on deals, disputes, compliance issues and more.
Duties
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to corporate clients, understanding their business inside-out to offer tailored legal solutions
- Draft, negotiate and review complex commercial agreements that give clients an edge while mitigating risk
- Provide savvy guidance on corporate structuring, governance, regulatory obligations and IP protection.
- Lead incorporations, mergers, acquisitions and other key transactions start-to-finish.
- Build an expansive network of external relationships and spot new business opportunities.
- Mentor junior associates and nurture the next generation of legal talent
