  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in a senior creative role, preferably in a digital media agency, advertising agency, or creative studio.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, including digital media, content creation, and client design services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of creative professionals.
  • Solid understanding of digital media platforms, content marketing principles, and design principles.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital media tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and analytically.

Key Duties

  • Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, content creators, and digital media specialists.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the Novateur brand and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and objectives and develop creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the design process for client projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines and client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital media, content creation, and design, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of creative campaigns and initiatives, and make recommendations for optimization and enhancement.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the creative team.
