To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Have at least 5+ years of experience in solution-based sales with proven success in managing multi-stakeholder, consultative sales processes. 10 years experience in general.
Have strong commercial acumen and ability to build value-driven business cases.
Have experience in digital product sales.
Have strong communicator with the ability to inspire customers and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated expertise in solution selling and creating clarity in complex environments.
Responsibilities
Leading the growth of our Digital product, one of the company’s most strategic digital initiatives, across the Geozone, positioning yourself at the forefront of digital transformation in the energy sector.
Owning and driving a sophisticated sales cycle that allows you to engage directly with senior executives, shape client strategy, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Acting as a trusted advisor by aligning our value to customer challenges, enabling long-term partnerships and repeatable success.
Taking full ownership of your territory — from pipeline development through deal closure — with the autonomy to create impact while collaborating with technical and product teams worldwide.
Developing tailored proposals that integrate technical, operational, and financial perspectives, giving you exposure to complex business problem-solving.
Building lasting relationships with influential clients, opening doors for both short-term wins and long-term account expansion
Contributing to the evolution our Digital product by bringing customer feedback into product strategy, helping shape the future of a flagship digital solution.
