Qualifications & Experience
- First degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4–6 years’ professional experience in facility management, service delivery, or related roles.
- Membership of CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM is required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily facility inspections, identify repair needs, raise requests, and monitor execution.
- Track and manage maintenance and replacement costs in line with approved budgets.
- Inspect and certify furniture and equipment to ensure compliance with required standards.
- Oversee maintenance of office furniture and facility assets.
- Ensure consistent availability of utilities such as water, toiletries, and waste management supplies.
- Maintain and update a database of alternative vendors for efficient service delivery at competitive costs.
- Manage relationships with facility management contractors and janitorial staff.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely payment processing.
- Ensure company housing estates and executive residences are well maintained and in good condition.
- Supervise facility-related projects and maintenance activities.
- Ensure uninterrupted diesel supply to estates and executive residences.
- Prepare periodic reports and analysis on facility management activities and performance.
