Job Summary

  • To carry out all activities relating to sales, acquire new customers and retain existing customers for the bank whilst representing the brand positively

Duties

  • Meet required financial targets/sales budgets.
  • Obtain customer information and determine the eligibility of customers by comparing information received with requirements.
  • Provide correct and complete information to customers on the organization’s products and services.
  • Receive and resolve customer enquiries, requests, and complaints within stipulated SLAs.
  • Provide feedback on processes, products, and procedures for business improvement.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve organization and unit objectives.
