OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any field.
1–3 years field marketing or sales experience (activation or community mobilization is an advantage).
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet field targets.
Responsibilities
Recruit and register new users through physical activations in markets, parks, malls, campuses, and communities.
Conduct product demos and guide users through onboarding (app download, registration, KYC).
Promote and boost referral programs and empower referrers (agents, parents, KOLs).
Build partnerships with schools, student groups, small businesses, and local influencers.
Organize offline campaigns, events, roadshows, and brand awareness activities.
Track acquisition numbers and provide field insights on user behavior and offline performance.
