Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk/Admin Officer or similar role is a plus.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented with a welcoming demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a neat and organized workspace.


Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate office activities and ensure the front desk area is well-organized.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Handle office supplies, inventory, and order necessary items when required.
  • Ensure the office premises are clean and well-maintained.
  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
